How do I pay? Can I open a credit account?

We take all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. If you will be ordering regularly we can assist with opening an account.

What do under lintel and face fix mean?

Under lintel means the curtain is made to fit inside the doorway opening. Face fix means the curtain is mounted in front of the doorway opening and is made 150mm wider and 70mm higher than the opening size.

Can I order replacement PVC Strip panels?

Yes, simply order online, or phone or email with the original order details and one of our team will be happy to help.

How long does delivery take?

Strip curtains are usually despatched within 24 hours.

Swing/Crash doors in 5-7 days.

 
Do you supply coloured strips?

Yes! We offer a standard range of coloured PVC strips. They include blue, green, yellow, red, black, white, grey and orange colours. Special colours can be ordered on request – minimum order 1 ton. 

Can the curtains be used at low temperatures?

Yes, our cold store and polar grade curtains can withstand operating temperatures as cold as -35°C all the way up to +60°C.

Do you supply curtains suitable for use in welding?

Yes, our welding range is graded DIN EN 1598:1997. Find out more about our PVC welding curtains.

What overlap do I need?

Partial Overlap

Internal – Light duty

Recommended strip thickness 1.7mm to 2mm

 

200mm wide 1 hook each side 35%  

300mm wide 1 hook each side 25%  

400mm wide 2 hooks each side 55%

 

Maximum Overlap

External – Heavy duty

Recommended strip thickness 3mm to 4mm
 

200mm wide 2 hooks per side 78%  

300mm wide 3 hooks per side 78%   

400mm wide 4 hooks per side 98%

 

The gap between each strip depends on PVC type & overlap you want.

 

Minimum overlap

Curtain will be lighter weight and not so heavy duty, but will cost less.


Maximum overlap

Curtain will be heavier, provide a better barrier & will cost a little more.
